About
Hi, I’m Camille and I am the therapist behind Strive to Thrive Therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals and families cope with Chronic Illness, OCD, and Anxiety Related Disorders. Since 2014, I have held many positions in the mental health field, working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Each individual is impacted by their history and the culture and society in which they live. I fight for social justice and work to provide a space where every client feels safe and comfortable to process their experiences and emotions. I want each of my clients no matter their background, race, sexual orientation, gender, and religion to feel understood and supported in our work together. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities which you can learn more about by clicking on the Approaches tab. The relationship between therapist and client is the greatest predictor of success in therapy and I encourage anyone searching for a therapist to reach out to multiple therapists to see who feels like the best fit. Because of this I offer free 15 minute consultations to see if we are a good fit prior to starting therapy. This is a time where I ensure my clinical skills match the issues you or your loved one are struggling with and introduce you to some of the therapeutic modalities I use in my practice. It is also a time for you to ask questions and get to know me. If you are ready to learn more please click the link below to set up a free consultation.
